• All sales in RavishLoots are based on first come first serve basis.
• All price stated in SGD are non-negotiatable, does not includes postage.
• Please do not transfer till an invoice has been send.
• A snapshot of your transaction receipt is required, otherwise payment will not be processed.
•Please take note that you are prohibited from using any content from Ravish Loots.

Exchange and refund policy
• All goods are not open to trades and refunds.
• In any circumstances wherby items are faulty, an exchange of the item will be done.

Delivery details 
• We are not liable for any items lost/damage in transaction for normal postage.
• Normal postage will be charged at $1.50, an additional $0.50 for subsequent items.
• Additional of $3.50 for registered postage (Highly recommended), tracking number provided.
• Free smartpac with any purchase above $100.
• Please allow us 2-3 working days to send out your parcels.
